First Turkey

Hey Y'all
I'm a staff member of a Christian Youth outdoors group called Young Hunters Unlimited. check out the photo of this young man's first turkey. He is 8 yo and was so pumped he could hardly think. There is a funny story that goes with the hunt but to protect him I won't tell it. Jaxon's 1st tom 8in. beard .JPG We had 3 kids and ALL of them harvested an animal. We had a few nice birds here were I live too. the local NWTF Breckinridge Co. KY chapter held an event and gave out awards and drew for a youth shotgun mid day after opening morning of youth hunt.
