Update on Sons first deer Mount has returned
 

My 12 year old took his first deer on Sept.15th, I bragged on him a bit but just got his finished mount back from the taxidermist. My son and I decided on a pedestal mount and then we built the pedestal together. We stoped short of building a habitat scene on the pedestal decided that simple was beter let the deer speak for himself is what my son said.

great looking mount, came out awesome.

Have to agree siple is better
