Here's a simple camp dinner we serve every year.
Cut back straps to 1/4" thick
dip in a traditional egg/milk bath
roll in ground up Club cracker crumbs.
place on oiled pre-heated oven cookie sheet 350*
When you see some red color show through flip once till medium rare and serve.
These will come out so tender that you'll be hooked too
