Deer Wings/Baconators

Make a bowl of "Hot wing sauce" by melting butter with hot sauce and even add some other good spices if desired. Take small cubish cuts of meat wrap in bacon put a toothpick through to keep bacon wrapped. Grill both sides and then put all of them into the hot wing sauce cover bowl and shake it all up then using a fork or spoon you can take the little bite size spicy treats and put them on a plate and go to town. It's like a chicken wing with good spicy sauce---only venison and bacon.

Not big on hot sauce... but they sound good just grilled.

me too, can't handle the hot stuff but add some BBQ and now it sounds pretty good!

Anyone like buffalo wild wings? or do they have those all across the US? I love them man, and the good thing is, my wife does too! We usually get 24 of them and get them dipped in 6 different sauces. I like boneless personally, but bone-in is ok too. I LOVE the garlic parmasian (sp?) and the tereyaki (sp?)... but I also like buffalo style with mild sauce--- a little hot, but not overpowering. Makin' my mouth water now!

Tator, I like them about 2x/year in the Asian sauce.

I can tear up a Chinese buffet that has General Tsu's chicken on it....
