| Potato Casserole and Elk 1 pound ground elk or ground deer 1 minced onion 3-4 sliced potatoes ½ cup ketchup ½ cup brown sugar 1 large can pork and beans 1 cup cheese 8-10 strips of bacon Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Brown elk and onion (add water, bouillon or coffee if necessary); put in greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Add potatoes, then cheese. Mix beans, brown sugar, and ketchup; pour over cheese layer.
