Venison Stew
Made this last night.
2-3 lb venison roast (cut to bite sized peices)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 lb red potatoes (cut into chunks)
1 lb carrots (cut into chunks)
Salt, Pepper, Worcestershire etc to taste. preheat oven to 375 Place meat into roasting/baking pan. Mix cream of mushroom soup and water and pour over meat Cover and bake one and a half hours Mix in potatoes and carrots cook another hour to hour and a half (untill veggies are desired tenderness. Serve over rice, or noodles. Hope you like it. |
