bison steaks
 
got some bison steaks 4 the w.end never cooked em before.is it as lean as venison.was thinking of a worchestire/olive oil marinade and 2 mins a side.any help

I like bison and would cook like a beef steak. Medium rare for me. The olive oil and a little garlic for me.
