The wife bought a steamer at Walmart that is working real well. It was about $16 and will cook the fish and a bunch of vegitables all at the same time. She puts a spice mix from the store on the fish and it flavors the veggies to. Cooks the whole meal in about 25 minutes and is very tasty.
