new recipe for trout?
I love brown trout. The way I usually cook them is to grill them skin side down on tin foil, topped with butter, garlic, salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese. Pretty simple, but it tastes good. I'm looking for something different. Not a big fan of lemon.

Stuff some wild rice in the bellies of the trout.
