2 Salmon Fillets
"Hot Shot" Black and Red Pepper Blend
Pre-heat your grill in Med-High heat
You'll need two strips of foil. Put the salmon on the foil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Squeeze 1/2 lemon on each salmon fillet. Slice the other lemon in thin strips and place on the salmon till they are covered.
Seal the foil by folding the top then the sides on each fillet and grill turning one(1) time six(6) minutes on eace side. Fish is done when you poke it with a fork and it comes apart easily.
This is really easy, but it tastes great!!
