I'm looking for step by step instructions/ receipe for making Summer sausage, tired of paying 7-8 dollars a roll for the processor to make it. Any help would be great!
Gander mountain sells a kit that seasons up ot thirty pounds of meat and has step by step instructions. THis stuff tastes great, and its only $15 bucks
