If you take your deer to a processor or slaughter house ask them to make your hamburger meat into breakfast sausage. They can make mild, medium or hot. Get the hot. It is not burn your mouth hot, it is a good hot taste. I promise you will never buy sausage at the supermarket again. My wife and kids love it. When you fry it up use bacon grease in the skillet. My processor only charges $3.00 extra for doing this. You will really like this.
