a good way to cook trout is to fry them with the skin on..let the outside get brownish black.when its done peel the skin and eat the filet..yum...its not really a recipe just a good way to cook it if you didnt know

That is what we do here. Gutem pop the eyes out rollem in corn meal let hit the cast iron and call it dinner. Dang I need to go trout fishing!
