a good way to cook trout is to fry them with the skin on..let the outside get brownish black.when its done peel the skin and eat the filet..yum...its not really a recipe just a good way to cook it if you didnt know:wink:

That is what we do here. Gutem pop the eyes out rollem in corn meal let hit the cast iron and call it dinner. Dang I need to go trout fishing!:thumbup:
