squerill gravy

got to kill the sqriull first,clean him them use the legs and backbone strip tolightly fry it, lay it aside then make some redeye gravy, salt and pepper,pull the meat apart and mix it with the gravy, thenhave wifey fix the bisquts, some good eatin

I grew up squirrel hunting with my mother(some of my earliest memories). We never ate them but we use to give them to a couple that she knew. It sounds like I have been missing out on something good.
