I was reading around on the website today and everyone was talking about killin deer and the thought came to me I got some hamburger meat in the freezer started marinated it its on the grill marinated it in dales sauce should be good.:thumbup: I love venision anybody got any good hamburger recipies?

10 point, do you grind your own venison up into burger? I just posted a recipe for making a batch up. Calls for 25lbs. of venison and 10-12lbs. of pork.

Grind up 1# of bacon per 10# of venison, it's great. It's the only way my wife will eat it.
