Family secret....

Should you have any meat, that you want tenderized, or to just bring out the flavor, here is a secret for you. This works well with anything, bird, bear, venison, moose.
Dry red Italian wine
garlic cloves
bay leaf
glass jar and lid

can substitute coke for wine, but add a little brown sugar...
Marinate for at least 24 hrs, the longer the better though. You can also add your seasoning to your liking...Works great with stew meat, chicken, roast...Tender is not the word, KNIVES NOT NECESSARY.

How much of each ingredient?

Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for lunch.
Liberty is a well-armed lamb contesting the outcome of the vote.

1 can of coke, or 12 oz.. of red wine, enough so the meat is submerged, so it would depend on how much meat your using. put all the meat/roast in a glass jar or a tupper ware with lid. You'll love it will even make a boot taste great...
