Should you have any meat, that you want tenderized, or to just bring out the flavor, here is a secret for you. This works well with anything, bird, bear, venison, moose.
Dry red Italian wine
glass jar and lid
can substitute coke for wine, but add a little brown sugar...
Marinate for at least 24 hrs, the longer the better though. You can also add your seasoning to your liking...Works great with stew meat, chicken, roast...Tender is not the word, KNIVES NOT NECESSARY.
