Default Kebob Crazy

Throughout the summer I have been making kebobs from the doe I harvested last year. I cut any rear quarter meat into golfball size chunks and marinate for 2 days in Italian dressing and skew with green peppers, vidala onion, mushrooms and canned white potatoes. Toss on a hot grill for 15 minutes and lay over rice...not too bad I must say.
