I don't really have a recipe....its more of an idea. Instead of cutting all of your Back Stap into steaks, cut the in sections of....on most deer it would be 1/3's or 1/4's, depending on how many people you might feed. Take the whole chunk and marinate in your favorite sauce. Cook it on the grill really slow all the while generously basting with your favorite sauce. I like to pour beer on mine every once and awhile. once it is done just slice up on platter. Meat comes out with alot more juices than bbqing a small steak. If you like to smoke....try smoking a long chunk of Back Strap........just food for thought.
