Jamie's Hot Cheesy Chili

4lbs Ground Venison
1/2lb Bacon
1lg Onion
2 Galic Cloves Minced
1 Jar Hot Taco Sauce(or Your Favorite Hot Sauce)
3 Cans Chili Beans
3 Cans Kidney Beans
1 Cup Of Your Favorite Beer
1cup V8 Juice
1/4 Cup Hot Chili Powder
1/2lb Of Velveta Cheese
Jalapeno Pepers(chopped)optional
Brown Ground Venison And Bacon Together With Onions And Garlic.
Combine All Ingredients Except Velveta Cheese In A Large Pot And Bring To A Simmer.drain And Add Venison And Bacon(i Don't Drain It. All Goes In The Pot)simmer All For 30 Mins.
Melt Cheese Or Cube Cheese And Put Into Pot. Stir Into Chili And Cover Let Stand For 5-10 Min.

that sounds great as dip for nachos or rolled up into burritos with some rice and lettuce tomatoes etc.I think im gonna try this one

ITS VERY GOOD I HAVE IT QUITE ABIT AND MAKE ENOUGH TO LAST A COUPLE OF DAYS.I LOVE IT HOT.

Yeah man that sounds like it could have a kick to it. I'll give it a try too, I mean my wife will probably do it so I don't blow up the kitchen.
