Default Buttermilk Fried Rabbit Recipe (Awesome)

After a recent successful cottontail hunt in northeast Utah, I cooked the rabbits up using this delicious recipe. I video taped the process for you to watch and get the recipe. I would recommend you try this delicious recipe after your next rabbit hunt. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mvhBI9BhJKE

I've been watching 3 feral rabbits living in my yard that will soon donate themselves (and their unlucky rabbits feet) to my freezer. Gotta watch this video when I get home.

Tomorrow I will be cooking 12 muskrats and 6 deer roasts along with a carrot and potato mix at work. Muskrat is parboiled with sweet onions then transferred to a roaster and covered with more onions and apples, cooked until it falls off the bones. The deer roasts are pressured cooked in my world famous liquid mixture for 90 minutes. Some of the office ladies have agreed to sample the muskrat.................

You cannot, and I repeat CANNOT post table fare like that without droolable scratch & sniff pictures. Or even better, make "to-go" packs for immediate airmail!

It all went well. 2 out of four office ladies tried it and said not bad. The venison roasts went quick. Muskrat is something you either really like or really don't. Night shift gets to try it tonight.
