True TEXAS Chiken Fri

Ok well this is how I chiken fri backstrap defrost your meat (I would usualy use chicken fri cutlets but you can use what ever meat you want) then to make batter mix egg flour milk a pinch of salt and pepper and some melted butter, put your meet and let it soak for a short time then fri, Voila top it with some gravy and TEXAS toast yummy.

Simple TEXAS mash hash

Make a ball out of mashed potatoes and put them in a pan and skillet cook em and voila hash


TEXAS Simple Breakfast


Get som balnony and cook it in a skillet
then make some mash hash and scramble eggs cut the balony up and put it on your eggs then
Bam a break fest
