Looking for decoys ducks/Geese

I am looking for decoys for Christmas for my brother in law he is 20 years old, and starting to hunt water fowls (mainly ducks and geese) I was wondering where can I get used decoys for a good price?

Or better yet finding someone retired and hate to see their decoys collecting dust and willing to give them out for free (I can dream can I?)
