what is best shot for turkey hunting

Hey Dylan, you should try to ask your turkey questions in the turkey forum.
My preference to hunting turkey's are Winchester Supreme Double XX #6 shot. They pattern the best out of my 870. What kind of gun are you shooting? You should really try a couple of different loads to see which pattern the best.

dang i ask a qustion on shot and this is the shotgun place right youll can answer my qustion it aint going to kill you (god youll are so mean)

not mean dylan it just keeps things orderly . but either way i shhot a 5 shot winchester supreme out of my 870 it does ok i am gonna have my wife try the same brand with here mossberg 20 gauge.

I like the Remington nitro turkey. I use the 3" 5 shot. I am getting 29 pellets in the "kill" zone and countless others still hitting in the head and body at 40 yds. I also shoot a remington 870 super mag with a full choke.

I like the winchester HV 3.5 inch shell in #4 shot. I run um through my benellie 12 gauge. I droped a tom last spring in his tracks at 50 yards away.

I shoot an 870 with a TruGlo Gobble Stopper Extreme choke. The Federal Premium High Velocity shells with the Flite Control wad in 3", #5s pattern best in my gun.:yes:
