Buckshot the Turkey guide

I may not be much of a Turkey hunter but I am a heck of a guide. Two weekends ago I was bass fishing in the back end of a slough in the boat and had a gobler practicly fly right over me. This past week end I was near the same area which is a Management area and I heard one fly up in a tree to roost for the night. He would gobble his head off every time it would thunder.

I called a buddy of mine and told him about it and he came up the next morning and I dropped him off near the bird and then I went fishing. About an hour latter I heard boom and sure enough he killed that Tom. It was a 21lb with a 9 inch beard and 3/4 " spurs.

So it was a fin and foul diiner that night with bass filet and turkey breast shiskibob. YUM YUM.

thats great always wanted to do one of those float trips ya see in Field and stream or outdoorlife.good for you

Sweet!!!! That a way to hook a buddy up. Sounds like a darn good supper too.
