well the tough season looks like it will continue next year have seen a lot of hens the last couple weeks & only one had chicks (3) they were the size of a small partridge/grouse which puts them about 5-6 weeks old
have not seen any others

While not turkey related, my buddy in Michigan said he's not seen new deer fawns. They had a really heavy snow that lasted till late spring, not good. I used to see turkeys in PA while bow hunting but last year nothing.

I have seen the most fawns this year then I ever have
& a lot of healthy looking deer too

I have reports of a lot of large deer in the area I hunt in PA.Not many small ones.
