Fall Turkey Hunting

We are still in the waiting to move phase. My Bow Release is buried somewhere in the truck aslong with most all of my huinting clothes and gear. I still have the 12 ga out so I took it for some Turkey hunting and came back with two "Crock-Pot" Turkeys. Cooked one up and forze the other. Sure was some tasty turkey!

Now if only the bank will hurry up I can get out to bow hunt.

Always a good thing to have the time to be in the woods when life is a little hectic. Congrats on the birds!!!

I love fall turkey almost as much as spring. So many people over look the fall season here. Hens need some thinning out too !

Same here in NY, I only know a few hunters who pursue them in the fall. I wish I had some more tags - the turkeys are flocked up and hitting the same field everyday morning and evening.
