I'd love to but my fun money is strapped down tight right now.

Question Although I have not

Although I have not used this particular boot I have had sreaevl pairs of Redheads in other styles. I don't have a bad thing to say about the quality and dependability of this brand at all. BassPro's personal brand products are great!!!

yeah lower AL would be a long trip for most of the hunting population. They said they have several northern boys come down every year. I was kinda surprised. I am hoping it is as good as advertised. The guy I talked to on the phone seemed like a good down to earth dude.

Cool You are right about

You are right about seeing a lot of big bucks, but knoniwg if they are big enough is tough no matter how many you've seen. Our group has a 160 inch minimum and this deer is rare even here where we are the only hunters ever and the land is so large. For me I'd vote for shooting a buck that excites you and the hell with the number of inches of antler it holds, but my Texas friends don't see it that way.

Here is one of the guys that guided us on this hunt last year. He tagged this buck out of an area that I hunted last year this past week.

I love that droptine. Very nice deer.
