i shot a groundhog with my bow at 20 yards and it flew thru him. lost the arrow but got a groundhog with a hole in it. do you know how hard it is to get one of em at 20 to 30 yards!!!!!!!!!!!!!! my grandpa owns some land i shot em on and there used to be thousands of em. now that he killed them with poisinous buble gum there aint any more to shoot........:crybaby: i found that if u use blunt tips you wont loose arrows as often as if you use fieldtips on them.
I shot one three times with 6 shot out of my 12 guage. That darn thing still ran into his hole. So I went a got a shovel and closed every hole I could find. I'm still not certain he's dead.
