what is the best shot to go for rabbit and squirrel with to put into a 12 gauge?

field loads or heavy field loads.#4-6 check the boxes they make it real easy for ya.some will tell you rabbitload,pheasant load.shop around and get a good price they all do pretty much the same so dont spend more than you have to
