3.5 inch slugs? Does ant one make a shotgun slug in a 12 Ga 3.5 inch? |
Lightfield ammunition does. Called the "commander". Thats the only one i know of. Here is a picture.... http://www.shotgunworks.com/DisplayPic.aspx?PIC=6743 |
wow 3.5 inch slugs those are fairly big |
OUCH thats all i got to say thats gonna hurt like heck |
lol, no kidding. 2 and 3/4 works for me! |
I have always and will continue to use Winchester Sabot 2 3/4" slugs. I am down right afraid of 3 1/2" slugs...no thank you. |
My turkey hunting buddy has a shotgun set for 3.5 and I think that the barrels interchangeable from smooth bore full choke to rifled barrel. Let me check with him and I'll get back to you. |
a lot of duck and turkey guns will use this ammmo.please read your barrel before loading any ammo into your gun to mae sure it can handle such a load.the results are horrible if ya dont |
remington i think remington makes them. my 12 gauge aint chambered for that biguh shell. i think il stick with my 2 3/4 inch. |
I personally have never found a use for anything 3 inch or more. Maybe if I was waterfowl hunting and needed to reach out there a little more but for everything else 2 3/4 works for me. I've found alot of times that the 2 3/4 patterned better than the 3 inch anyway. Whatever you choose just make sure you practice with it to make sure it shoots good in your gun. Good luck in your search. KILBO |
