Shooting sticks

Anyone have any info on shooting sticks ,a couple of deer have got away from me due to not having a comfortable shot or shot being obscured when I lie down
Ranges of 100 to 150 yards ,not comfortable taking them shots standing , I was looking at the hawk pentapod shooting stick , are they a great bit of kit and il never look back or another thing il have to drag around out shooting

Any shooting stick will increase your aim. I have used a regular straight tree branch before. A tree works very well too.
