After contacting Browning, they stated they are at least 6 mo behind on the X-bolt production. They are sending my money back, I'm not not a real patient person. If this was a custom ordered rifle then a long wait would be the norm but not a standard production rifle, at least not for me.

Well that sucks. At least they were good about it and sent you your money back.

HM, Sorry to hear about your troubles with Browning! But at least they did send your $$ back.

Ok, let see you have a problem. Money in your pocket and no new rifle!!

I suggest that you give us your requirements and we will help you decide which one to buy with the money burning a hole in your pocket.

I would guess that after you write/type your requirements you will already know what you are buying...

Which game to be used on?
Calibre- Do you still want a big stick? If so which one?
Action- Do you still want a bolt action?
Manufacturer- Pick your favorite?
