Season break

Well were half way through the season here in TN. We have a couple of weeks for the deer to rest up for second round of rifle season. Actually 'm looking forward to a little time off to get some things done around the house that have been put off.

If all goes well I may get to go on a bear / hog hunt in south Cherokee national forrest Sunday. I don't get up there much these days but still have the GPS waypoints from the years I did hunt there. I have never killed a bear and would sure like to have a rug and I hear the meats not to bad either. It's all you can shoot on the boar I could use some pork as well.

If your to busy to go hunting, your just to busy.

Bear and hog hunting sounds like fun. I'm from tn too and can't wait for gun season to re open on the 18th. Give my son another chance to get that first deer!

Good luck on the bear And hog hunt if you get to go!
