Has anyone had any experience with Empire Rifles high end custom made rifles in the past?

according to an internet search Empire Rifle is located in Meriden N.H.
I've never heard of them either.

i'm in meriden a lot in the spring. can't say i've ever seen the place. it ain't that big, the town that is.
