hey rozman you one of nuges bloodbrothers?

Now therefore take, I pray thee, thy weapons, thy quiver and thy bow, and go out to the field, and take me some venison.
Genesis 27:3 "The thinking deer hunter should mature through three phases during his hunting life. First phase, "I need to kill a deer." Second phase, I want to harvest a nice deer. And last phase, we must manage this resource so our children and their children can experience the grand tradition of good deer hunting." - Jim Slinsky

Nugent is little too rad for me but he certainly stands up in what he believes in.
As a kid I had the pleasure to see him with loin cloth in Buffalo NY- Rich Stadium in 1977. I was close to the front and struggled to hear anything for 3 days after. The original Lynryd Skynryd lineup closed the show..never forget it.

I hunt with .243 new england single shot... I love the gun.. I got several rifles but for some reason the single shot gives me more satisfaction.. Maybe i think it gives the deer a sporting chance... Not missed one yet tho... Guess if ya dont have anything else the 30-30 is good enough..

I've had a Rem 710 30-06 for years and now that you mention it I do think that the trigger is kind of funky. So far I haven't had any problems with it though. Now I'll be in the woods during the blizzards were known for up here thinking my plastic trigger is going to break into pieces from the cold. " hello Remington, I'm calling to see where I could order one of your plastic triggers, you see I was zeroed in on a giant deer and the trigger just shattered into pieces, what do you mean a special order from Bangladesh, well how long? Man buckfever I'm going to therapy now. LOL JK
