did the last check on my .338 win mag and the model 7 in .260 rem today. they are both good to go. bear starts tomorrow and you never know i may go sit a power line to see what i can see.

yeah the game wardens were asking guys to go shoot these problem bears. I'm not a bear hunter, maybe go a couple times a season but if I see a good one.... watch out. Maine has some real good bear hunting and VT isn't bad up north in the northeast kingdom. That conn river valley between VT and NH with its corn fields makes for some fat ones.

yeah that northeast part of ny has some good bear hunting as well. corn fed P I G hogs
