Default Projectiles ?

Hi guys I like the look of the Hornady SST projectiles and think i,ll reload some 130g in my 270, anyone shot whitetail with these ?

I'm not familiar with the SST but I don't reload. I am a big fan of the 270 Winchester "Ballistic Silvertip" in the 130g.

I have thought about getting into reloading For shot gun and pistol shooting to cut the expense but I really had the time to see if it would really save money or not.

Hi, NZer,
I have read about those bullets in the Hornady catalog , and they look great. I'm trying the Barnes tipped TSX bullets this year in my 270 WSM. I'm planning to use the 110 grain bullet. It's light weight, but I bekieve I can pushed it to over 3500 fps which should be devastating on deer.
