scope covers

For my bushnell scope on my .243 I have see through flip up scope covers and this year yote hunting one of the came off in the woods. Does andybody know of a way to glue or secure the covers on my scope so they dont fall off again.

I sure as heck wouldn't glue anything to one of my scopes. Are you sure you had the right size? Once I put them on my scopes, and I use them on all my scopes, they are pretty tight to get off. If you insist on using some adhesive, use something quasi-temporary that will just add grip like rubber cement that isn't marring and can be removed later.

maybe just a dab of flexible rubber silicone.

Get the proper size Butler Creek covers.I dont see how those could come off.

i was surprised too. i was unloading my gun by my car after a day of yote hunting and i look and its gone. when i put them on i had a heck of a time getting them on.
