To bow hunters near Antigo WI

I'm so pumped to get out in the woods this weekend, I'm having a hard time concentrating at work. Anyways, I gun hunt up in the Antigo/Shawano area. Can some bow-hunters in the area update me with any rut updates? Are we going to be catching any of the rut or is it over for the most part? And along with that can you suggest any scents that may help me out in the woods next week for a guy who does not bow hunt and is pretty unfamiliar with "scents"?

Thanks and good huntin'

I dont hunt up in that area, but the rut is pretty much the same all over the state the bucks are chaseing and roaming. And the big ones are really stupid right now.

Hey mike ash welcome to the forum. Try using rutting buck lure with tarsal gland and doe in estrus. During the rut you really can't go wrong that setup.
