Default Reduced recoil loads using H4895

I have read in the online manual that you can load up reduced recoil load using H4895. The website says to take the maximum charge listed for your cartridge and multiply it by .60 or take 60% of the charge with the bullet listed. I have some 4895 at home on the shelf but I don't remember if it's IMR4895 or H4895. I know they say they are not to be subsituted for one another. The website says this will provide 1700-2100fps. The only requirement is that your cartridge/bullet combo must have a manual entry using H4895. I would like to load up some for my sons to shoot for fun, I just wondered if anyone has already loaded some up and tested them?
