Thats what Albert Haynesworth got for leaving the Titans and going to the Washington Redskins. 42 mil is guaranteed.. What a deal.. It would be sweet if I could go interview for a job and say "Ill take 1 million for the next 7 yrs but I need 420k of that in guaranteed money. Whether I show up to work or not."

I hated to see the Titans lose him but you cant really blame a team for not putting that much money in 1 player.. Now we have to see if since he now has the money if he will quit playing so hard..
