Boxing on TV

We held a professional boxing event in November at Niagara Falls, NY and the show aired on TV for the first time tonight on the MSG network and will be replayed on the SUN sports network. It was a great show and if you look closely during the main event (rounds 4-6 I think) you may be able to see my ugly mug. I was crouched down by ringside giving instructions to an athletic comission inspector by the neutral corner (white corner).

Hey that's pretty cool. I love boxing I remember listening on an am radio with a single ear plug for the Ali/Liston fight. Remember: Fraiser's down Fraiser's down, Big George Foreman hit him like a ton of bricks, Roberto Duran's no mass, no mass, and Tyson's not going to make it, Buster Douglas's one big shot. Timberghost you do some fighting? Still????

No not this year because of an eye injury but I definitely will get back to it as Dr's get mad at me for trying to go back. My last fight was in Tulsa, OK in July 07 and I brought back a Silver in National competition.

Pretty impressive on the national front! Your picture looks like you'd be ready tomorrow if you got the clearance. You going to get that release to fight?

Docs all messed up and doesn't know what is going on with me yet. They wanted to send me down your way to the Cleveland Eye Institute for second opinions. But sooner the better and I will get back to it real soon. It's too much of an awesome hobby to stay away from. There's just something about getting punched in the face that keeps me going back for more. The last 3 years have definitely been something to remember: 2005 Gold National--2006 World Tournament (beat up badly)--2007 Silver National

so you're really into pain? Those are big time awards congrats! how about money fights any of those in the future, or were those paydays? Eye problems with the retena's? From everything I've heard the Cleveland Clinic is the place to go. We've had a couple of co-workers go for cancer treatments, lung removal, neighbor just got back from abdominal surgury. All reported they got 1st class treatment.
