Those are great pics!!!!! What is that fish with the long snouty thing? And what kind of snake?

Some people call the fish a spoonbill and some call it a paddle fish. Pretty good eating if you clean it right! The snake is a cotton mouth i think......It was crazy, I bet we seen 20 that day

I love catching spoons !! Great eating but you have to get all the red meat off, fish has no bones in them all cartilage. The spine is like a 1/2 diameter rubber worm. Lol and the eggs are great too, that's the American caviar.
