What you think he will age? I'm thinking 3.5 maybe even 4.5

From the looks of his size and how the antlers are I would say he's at least 3 yrs. maybe 3.5 yrs old.
In the picture the antlers are still kind of pointing up, but a 4 or 5 year old will have his antlers more or less horizontal.

He's still a nice looking buck for however old he is!!

antler shape is genetics and usually repeats the general shape just more mass every year up to around 7-8 years old then rack starts to reduce. Obviously, most bucks never see 7-8 years. This is how sheds can be traced back to the same buck every year.

I agree with 3.5 b/c he doesn't yet have that mass in his antler where it meets the skull. Nice buck though....

I'm gonna say 4.5, due to the loose skin where his neck meets his belly. On a deer younger than that, that area will be more taught looking IMO.
