ETD, its pretty cool you get to spend time taking the great pictures and to have some great bucks. Has the hay bale blind produced this year for you? Did you get grandad to allow hunting on his property, if not give us his address. Really nice pictures as usual.
NOPE...he still won't let me go...he said and I quote "If I let you go then I will have to open the offer up to the whole family" (which by the way only about 2 others hunt.) Which even though I spend all my time and money which I guess I don't have to do that but I want too...but even if the others go they won't take more than 1...and I'll make sure of that lol...but they also aren't going to shoot ne thing that walks by either we could have a good managment program going and those deer would be unbelivable in the years to come...I still don't see why I cannot go...

Well that just makes for more pics being posted of those magnificent deer. Do you think that you might have grown a little fond of those deer to be shooting at them?

Well I am very fond of the deer out there as you can see I have names for them but I seriously doubt I won't be able to shoot at them if I get a chance

ETD, I'm a granddad and I couldn't turn down my grandson if he wanted to hunt. But I wouldn't have a problem telling the rest of the family no if I didn't want them there. So maybe I'm a hard man but hey, it's my property, I'll do as I wish. Give us his addy, we'll all send him Christmas notes...grins.

Even my own dad said "I now how important it is to you but it's not my decision" If he really knew how important it was to me he would find a way to let me go....he is 50yrs old and I would think that by now he could have some say if I could go out there and take ONE buck...I mean I love my dad but he really really really makes me upset when he could have a lot of say and it's almost like he doesn't take me seriously.....but in about 8 months I'll have my license and a key so one day there might be one deer missing lol...

Yes I feed them, but it's not real "full scale feeding"
Spring - small amount of corn (just to keep them coming) mixed with mineral (usually "Rack Up")
Early Summer/Summer -corn and Record Rack Professional and or Rack Up
Fall - corn and Buck Bran or Acorn Rage
Winter - med. to large amount of corn
In between amounts or products I usually slowly increase or decrease it
