about the gun......we didn't realize that the coyotes were coming that close to our caves/cows so I guess we need to put a gun under the back seat...he actually sat their and watched that calf for a few seconds and too bad we didn't have a gun becuase we could have "popped" him a good one!

ETD, are you the only hunter in the family??? | My stepdad really got me into hunting, but I byfar spend the most time out in the woods....I am the only female hunter in the family...all my cousins and uncles hunt too.
But they are just "hunters" they don't really want to learn about the deer if that makes any sense.

I have to say after seeing your post topics and seeing the pics you post and knowing the time you invest into becoming a better hunter, I am VERY Impressed and I think you should know, If we voted for the website hunter/huntress of the year, You'd clearly win as far as I see it. I know you'd have my vote!

the person who studies and learns all he can about the game being pursued will invariably become a better hunter.You show that quality for sure.Ya ever think of biologist as a career choice?
