Ronn we might have crossed paths in Franklin county years ago. I spent alot of time at Carter mountain back when the state first opened it, then Sherwood and Jump off. We didn't kill many deer but those were some great times.

buckshot i grew up in giles county. pulaski and beech hill to be more precise. spent many many hrs walking fields looking for arrowheads, chasing different music venues, and horse auctions in that part of the state in the 70's. yea i'm old.

Buckshot: Sherwood is where I hunt now. Been on carter mountain a few times as well. This local guy killed a monster on there last season. I tried to find a pic after I read about it. It was in the local paper but I never could find it on their website. sry kemster it appears your thread was hijacked

another weekend helping work on his lease.mowing and cutting lanes,download and reinstall cams,check and fill feeders and what ever else we see that needs to be done and we can do in a weekend.Hot hard work but great to be out of the house and in the woods.Great weekend comming up.Time to crash 4:30am and 5hr drive will be here before I know it.
