my wife wants to get some to go finishing on some of the small lakes up here.. are they pretty stable? never tried a canoe before..

No actually they're not as stable as I thought they would be, but, I've only tipped mine over once,
Esther hasn't had any problems staying upright in hers I guess as long as you keep your seat planted well you're ok, I guess I'm just a wiggler..

sweet BB, something to do together. The look like a lot of fun. One of my bucket list things is to build a cedar strip canoe, I think I had better get going on the list.
