Approx 55 acres in south west Ky (Lewisburg) on the border of Logan county & Butler county for lease. Entire back side of proerty borders Mud River. Aprox. 12 acres is farmed - rest is all woods with small bluff and hills. Farms ajoin all sides of property.
There are 3 blinds currently on the property, which have not been hunted for 5 years. I don't hunt and my kids have all grown up and moved on now. See lots of turkey, see a few deer but there are lots of signs of big deer.
Very remote location. All my neighbors own 300+ acres. Property has a brand new 24X32 barn with a finished loft/apartment in it than can be rented as well or you can park a camper on-site. We have water & electrical. 4 wheelers ok, pets ok. No more than 4 can hunt per lease - all must sign the lease.
Yearly lease w/o apartment is: $1,250
If you bring a camper it's $20/day you hunt
